Who we are

This policy covers the website EA Survivors. Contact details are on the contact page.

What we collect

• Account data — if you register: your email address and a hashed password. We never store passwords in readable form.
• Usage data — pages visited, referring site, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type.
• Download records — which files an account downloaded and when, used to enforce limits and detect abuse.
• Server logs — IP address, timestamp and requested URL, kept for security and retained for a limited period.

We do not ask for, and do not want, your trading account passwords. If any page appears to request one, it is not us.

Cookies

• Necessary — session and security cookies. The site cannot work without them.
• Preference — language and light/dark theme.
• Analytics — Google Analytics, to understand which pages are useful. Aggregated, not used to identify you personally.
• Advertising — third-party advertising partners, including Google, may set cookies to serve and measure ads. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings.

Third parties that receive data

• Google Analytics — usage statistics.
• Google AdSense and its partners — advertising delivery and measurement.
• Brokers — if you follow a referral link, the broker records that you arrived from us. We receive aggregate reporting about referred accounts. We do not receive your trading passwords or personal account documents.
• Hosting provider — server infrastructure.

We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for your account and its data to be deleted. Write to the address on the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.

Retention

Account data is kept while the account exists and for a short period afterwards. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes. Analytics data follows the provider's retention settings.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the updated date on this page will change. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
