Corrections

If a number on this site is wrong, tell us and include the page URL. We would rather fix it than defend it. Corrections are noted on the page rather than made silently.

If you are a vendor

You are welcome to respond to anything we publish about your product, and we will add your response to the page. Two things we will not do: remove a finding because it is unflattering, or change a conclusion in exchange for payment or a licence.

If you believe a test was run incorrectly, send the specifics — settings, symbol, period, broker conditions — and we will re-run it.

What we cannot help with

• We cannot tell you which system to trade, or how much to risk.
• We cannot recover money lost trading.
• We do not provide support for third-party software — that is the vendor's job.
